Sports were one of Coach Dezz’s first classrooms in leadership, discipline, and accountability. As a former high school football player, he learned early that performance and reputation are intertwined.

Through Legacy Sports, he connects athletic development with character development. The mission is not simply to produce better athletes — but stronger leaders.

He teaches athletes how to translate discipline from the field into life, business, and leadership. Sports are not the end goal — they are a platform for building identity, work ethic, and long-term opportunity.
