Coach Dezz is a business strategist, entrepreneur, mentor, and legacy builder with over 14 years of proven success across multiple industries. His philosophy is rooted in one core belief: business is not just about income—it’s about impact, ownership, and building something that lasts beyond you.

Raised in the hood of Dallas, Texas, Coach Dezz experienced both instability and exposure at an early age. He spent part of his childhood in foster care, learning resilience, adaptability, and independence firsthand. At the same time, his father was an entrepreneur, and during the periods they were together, Dezz spent meaningful time working alongside him, gaining early exposure to ownership, work ethic, and self-reliance. These contrasting experiences—uncertainty on one side and entrepreneurship on the other—created his deep desire for structure, stability, and legacy.

Coach Dezz also played high school football, where he developed his competitive reputation, discipline, and mental toughness. Football became one of his first classrooms for leadership, accountability, and performance—principles he would later carry into business. It was here that he learned a lesson he still teaches today: your reputation determines your opportunities.



Determined to rewrite his story, Coach Dezz later served in the United States military, where discipline, structure, and leadership became non-negotiables. During his time in service, he read over 200 books, building the foundational structure that would later shape his approach to leadership, business, and personal development.

That foundation became the blueprint for his life’s work.

Coach Dezz’s entrepreneurial journey was driven by a desire for financial, mental, and generational freedom. Early on, he recognized that most people don’t fail in business due to lack of effort—but because they lack proper foundation, mentorship, and systems. That realization shaped his mission.

Throughout his growth, Coach Dezz intentionally studied under and was mentored by some of the most influential leaders in business, mindset, and performance, including John Maxwell, Tony Robbins, Patrick Bet-David, Alex Hormozi, Russell Brunson, Ray Lewis, Inky Johnson, and Eric Thomas. Their combined influence helped refine his leadership philosophy—blending structure, execution, mindset, discipline, communication, and legacy thinking.



Over the years, Coach Dezz has built and led teams, launched and scaled businesses, helped individuals become licensed professionals, and taught others how to generate passive and residual income through ethical, team-based models. A core pillar of his coaching is teaching people how to become more attractive to the marketplace—by increasing skill, discipline, value, and credibility.
